Text Normalization

Text normalization converts text into a standard format before it is spoken or analyzed. For instance, “Dr.” becomes “Doctor” or “10:00 AM” becomes “ten o’clock in the morning.” It improves the clarity of synthesized speech and the accuracy of understanding spoken inputs.
