Intent Detection

Intent detection is the broader task of recognizing a user’s goal or purpose from what they say. It goes beyond keyword matching by using AI to understand context and meaning. For instance, “Can I drop by tomorrow?” would trigger a booking intent. Accurate intent detection makes conversations feel natural and helps the system respond appropriately.
