Intent Recognition

Intent recognition combines classification and natural language processing to pinpoint what the caller wants. It enables the system to take action or provide a response based on user input. Whether someone says “I’m interested in a property” or “Tell me about this house,” the system identifies the buying intent and guides the user accordingly.
